Our Return Policy

We stand behind our products and our Guaranteed for Good™ promise. Our product is durable by design, but if there’s a problem with your gear we’ll do what we can to make things right. 

Cotopaxi gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase of new Cotopaxi products. To receive a refund, please make sure tags are still intact, and that items are unwashed and in excellent condition. You will also need an order number to initiate the return.

A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. For purchases made on cotopaxi.com, you can also make a return at one of our retail stores and avoid the shipping fee. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation or store receipt with you to initiate the return. Check here to find a store in your area.

Return Policy Exceptions

For international and U.S. territory orders, returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Items marked as "final sale" remain ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Items marked as "final sale" are ineligible for return or exchanges and Event Tickets are non-refundable.
